Q - How do I list my accommodation on the website?
A - First of all, you must register as a member. Once you have done this, you can add an accommodation to your profile. This is very easy to do, just follow the instructions below.

Q - How do I become a 4 Star Self Catering member?
A - To register as a member, go to the ‘Accommodation Owners’ page on the website and select Register as a member of 4 Star Self Catering. Fill out the form provided, making sure to use a valid e-mail address, as this is where we will send all communication. Once the form has been filled out, click ‘Register’. You will immediately receive a welcome e-mail to your specified e-mail address which will include your log in details.

Q - How do I access my account?
A - Take a note of your log in details and go to the Accommodation Owners section of the website and use those details to access your account from the ‘My Account Login’ box. Once you have entered your log in details, click submit.

Q - What if I have multiple 4 Star Self Catering Accommodations?
A - No Problem, you only have to register once. When you become a member you can log in and add as many accommodations to your profile as you like. You must pay a listing fee for each accommodation.

Q - What if I have a problem registering or I don’t feel comfortable doing so?
A - That’s fine, We would love to help you register. Just let us know and we will call you and talk you through the process or even register for you. Please e-mail us at info@4-star-self-catering.com with your name and phone number and we will get in touch ASAP.

Q - What do I get if I become a 4 Star Self Catering Community Member?

  • Access to the 4 Star Self Catering Forums.
  • Option to submit ideas for the website.
  • Ask us a question via the ‘My Account’ section.
  • View archived invoices and invoices due.
  • Make use of the 4 Star Online Message Service.
  • Make 4 Star Friends with other members and receive and refer business if fully booked.
